Feature Request: Dictate in Codex VS Code Extension

This would be huge, i’m currently using the windows voice access to do exactly this and it’s awful - but works, I tend to prefix every conversation with “interpret this as if vocally spoken, and ask questions for clarity” which works, but isn’t optimal by any means.
