Custom Internal App (MCP Server) Started Requesting Permission to Run All (read-only) Tool Calls

Hi had a similar issue in my workspace and tried the below Add destructiveHint and set it to False for the read-only tool on the MCP server side. Delete and re-add your MCP server in ChatGPT workspace and try again. This fixed it for me.
