"textContent": "At Bar Antoine at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, the flavours of the French table are being reimagined in liquid form this spring. Launching May 7, 2026, the bar’s new cocktail menu – Savoir-Boire – draws inspiration from the ingredients, rituals and indulgences of France’s culinary culture; from buttery croissants and nutty Comté to the sharp bite of mustard. At a time when London is rediscovering its appetite for classic French dining, Bar Antoine approaches the tradition from a new angle, translating the flavours of France’s bistrots and boulangeries into unexpected, playful serves. Developed by award-winning Bar Manager Leon Gasco, and under the guidance of the world’s most Michelin-decorated starred chef Yannick Alléno, the cocktail menu pairs emblematic French ingredients with the best of British produce, blurring the line between kitchen and bar. Hero serves include the Croissant Old Fashioned with croissant-infused cognac and Byrrh; the Cornichon Martini with olive oil vodka; the Peach & Mustard Margarita with tequila, peach eau-de-vie and mustard tincture; and the Fig-Affair Paloma finished with a delicate Comté tuille garnish.
