Restaurant Le Dalí at Dorchester Collection’s Le Meurice in Paris has announced it will host ‘les Jeudis de Vignerons’, a series of four dinners highlighting specific wine growers from different regions of France. Curated by the hotel’s wine director, Gabriel Veissaire, and supported by Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse, each event will highlight one estate and offer an opportunity to meet the winemaker through a bespoke dining experience. A SERIES OF FOUR DINNERS Across four dates throughout the year, each dinner will open with a guided tasting of four cuvées from the featured producer. Guests will be introduced to the grower’s philosophy and approach, with each cuvée discussed in detail before the dining experience begins. A four-course menu will then be served, crafted by Alain Ducasse’s teams, with each dish paired to the estate’s cuvées. The winemaker will remain present throughout the evening, offering guidance and further insights. After each dinner, the featured cuvées will be available for two months on the wine lists at both Restaurant Le Dali and Restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, presented as a dedicated ‘Coup de Coeur’ selection.
