"There's plenty of G.O.A.T.s, but only one Hawk." Netflix has revealed the first teaser for a brand new Will Ferrell comedy project about golfing called The Hawk. This 10 episode sports comedy series is actually Ferrell's first television comedy. Though it also seems like after watching Adam Sandler make his comeback with Happy Gilmore 2 last year on Netflix he wants to make his own pro golfer comeback, too. One of the greatest names in golf history (that you’re somehow only just hearing about), American hero Lonnie "The Hawk" Hawkins is Will Ferrell's newest original character. This Saturday, keep your eyes on the fairway at The Players Championship... because Lonnie Hawkins' biggest fans are waking up—and they're ready to make some noise. The series follows "The Hawk", 2004's top golfer, as he struggles to recapture his magic late in his career, refusing to believe he's anything other than one stroke away from golf's greatest return.
