Freaky Full Trailer for 'Hokum' Irish Witch Horror Starring Adam Scott

Neon has debuted the extra creepy official trailer for the Irish horror film titled Hokum, ready to open in early May - kicking off the summer movie season in a few months. The first teaser appeared in December and was also freaky. A scarily anticipated follow-up from Irish director Damian McCarthy after his unsettling wooden man horror Oddity from 2024. An author travels to a remote part of Ireland to spread the ashes of his now deceased parents, unaware that his rented accommodation – an Irish inn – could be haunted by a vengeful witch. American actor Adam Scott (who is 1/4 Irish) stars as horror writer Ohm Bauman; with David Wilmot, Austin Amelio, Florence Ordesh, Peter Coonan, Michael Patric, and Will O'Connell. This looks crazy good! Very creepy and clever, with some impressive shots & details. Plus that creepy mask and so much more. Definitely will be watching this.
