I just saw LG’s 'world's first' 1,000Hz gaming monitor in person — and my eyes couldn’t keep up

I recently checked out the LG UltraGear 25G590B, which is marketed as the world's first native 1,000Hz FHD gaming monitor. Here are my initial impressions.
