"textContent": "Wednesday afternoon at Hononegah was filled with friends and family to celebrate the ending of one chapter and the beginning of another for the Jarvis brother tandem of Aiden and Brady.\n\nAiden and Brady have been with each other... well, since they were born. The two brothers are part of a group of triplets that seem to just fit together perfectly. In the coming weeks they will walk across the stage one last time as Hononegah Indians and will be walking into a chapter that not that long ago seemed like it would not continue and be a bit different. However, when Aiden and Brady stepped onto the campus of Carroll University, it felt different yet similar.\n\nAt their signing on May 13, 2026, they mentioned that \"it really just felt like a family\".\n\nRockton, IL Hononegah Assistant Coach/Defensive Coordinator Marc LeMay congrats and poses for some picture with Brady Jarvis. Photo/Harold Bone Rockton-Roscoe News\n\nWith four other Hononegah Indian alumni on the Carroll University football roster last season (Drake Emanuel, Aiden Peters, Brock Anderson and Brayden Partlow) it gives Aiden and Brady confidence that they can find footing quickly and develop in the classroom and on the football field.\n\nCoach Brian Zimmerman and assistant Marc LaMay spoke about Aiden and Brady Jarvis to the nearly 40 friends, family and teammates speaking highly of them as people as well as football players. Coach Zimmerman spoke of Aiden's willingness as a sophomore to flip from offense to defense and the needed work in the weight room to compete in the NIC 10. His work paid off in a big way as he got recognition on the all-conference teams. When speaking of Brady he spoke of his willingness to fight through pain and injury in his senior season. He said he could tell the impact this had on his teammates, coaches and everyone around the program.\n\nRockton, IL May 13 2026 Brady and Aiden Jarvis pose with their grandparents. Photo/Harold Bone\n\nAiden and Brady Jarvis aren't just players you can just replace or retool with others. They are Hononegah Indian legends and more importantly they are apart of the fabric of what has made the football program at Kelsey Field the gold standard of football for as long as most people can remember.\n\nAiden and Brady Jarvis sign with Carroll University. YouTube\n\nFinally, anyone who knows these two have no doubt on the success we will see on the field and just as importantly off the field. The Jarvis brothers are so tight they have the exact same 3.68 GPA. Aiden is planning to study Criminal Justice and Brady plans to study Physical Therapy. #Go Tribe!",
