The public is invited to visit the space, meet the practitioners, and discover how sound healing and meditation can benefit their everyday lives.\n\n\nFounders Kelly Joy and Jim Simmons have been offering “sound baths” in the\ncommunity with singing bowls and other instruments for 15 years, long before such events had become mainstream. “We had only singing bowls in the beginning, and no one around here knew what they were. Now you can buy a singing bowl at Walmart, but we find many people still do not know about sound healing. We want to offer this experience on a regular – and affordable – basis so folks can feel for themselves how deeply relaxing and transformative it is.”\nNow their sacred sound immersions include Quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan\nbowls, gong, chimes, rain stick, thunder barrel, ocean drum, Native American flute, and other healing instruments. KellyJoy and Jim play together based solely on intuition, while attendees relax in reclining zero-gravity chairs with blankets and tranquil lighting.\n\n\nBesides relaxation, sound healing (also called vibrational energy medicine) stimulates the body's innate natural healing. ​The human body is 70% water, and vibrations bring it into alignment and homeostasis. Naturally.\nSound healing is an ancient practice used by various traditions and cultures.\n\nSound healing can help:\n Reduce cortisol levels, heart rate, and inflammation.\n Alleviate or eliminate chronic pain.\n Activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which regulates rest.\n The body shifts from \"fight-or-flight\" to a state of relaxation and healing.\n The brain embraces balance and enters altered states of consciousness.\nSome people feel profound lightness of beingand visitations from loved ones/ancestors, while others fall asleep!\n\n“We’ve had people feel immediate pain relief (that lasts) and other physical relief, and many people experience mental, emotional, and spiritual shifts,” Kelly says. “Science backs this up, and the results people have speak for themselves.”The couple also offers weekly meditation gatherings. “Being able to access our inner\npeace is so important right now.
