Young, 65, Rockton\n _He lived on Wynstone Way._\n\n**Jan. 25, 2026:**\nWilliam I. Guthrie, 86, Rockton\n _A master of his craft and highly sought for his talent as a heavy equipment, he was a talented woodworker and played the accordion (with some coaxing). He proudly served his country in the National Guard._\n\nWilliam Guthrie (1939-2026)\n\n**Jan. 28, 2026:**\nNorma Anderson, 86, Roscoe\n _She lived on Prairie Wind Place._\n\n**Feb. 1, 2026:**\nAlan F. Spiegler, 85, Roscoe\n _He traveled the world selling, fixing, and installing machines. He loved to share stories, jokes, and wisdom. A veteran of the U.S. Navy Air Force and volunteer at Concordia Lutheran Church, he enjoyed fishing, woodworking, family, and his grandchildren._\n\nAlan Spiegler (1940-2026)\n\n**Feb. 2, 2026:**\nJames N. Tabb, 90, Rockton\n _As a young man, he developed a curiosity for all things mechanical. It led to a 40-year career as an auto mechanic and service manager for multiple Ford dealerships. Even in his free time, he liked to rebuild and repair cars in his garage. A private pilot, he built a summer home on the shores of Lake Michigan._\n\n**Feb. 4, 2026:**\nVictor Schoonover, 48, South Beloit\n _A 1995 graduate of South Beloit High School _,_ he served two years on the south side of Chicago with Americorps. He was the son of Alice and Clark Schoonover._\n\nVic Schoonover (1977-2026)\n\nSheila A. Kramp, 58, Rockton\nAfter graduating from Jefferson High School and five years at Growth Enterprises, she worked nine years with her sister's hair salon.
