Mi Mug Tea or My Mug Tea is a slang term meaning "my face tea," often associated with a meme of an Illumination-style, Despicable Me OC character named Teresa created by editing Lucy Wilde to have black hair, a blue dress and long nails. Purportedly, the character was originally posted by TikToker @marttwpz's along with a variation of the caption, "My mug tea." The term "mi mug," and memes using the term alongside images of the character, who is now also known as Mi Mug, were popularized on sites including TikTok and X / Twitter in late June 2026.
