"textContent": "I'm not entirely sure where to post this note - whether in the news section or on the blog - but one way or another, it was bound to see the light of day sooner or later\n\nWhat am I even talking about, and what do blogs and news have to do with this? As you’ve probably noticed, every article on the site starts with something like “**News:** ” followed by the details. Except maybe “**Weekly Bullshit** ” - those have numbered issues, but it’s a very regular column that comes out every week. And I guess it’ll be the same story with the “News.” Probably, because I haven’t decided yet whether I want to number them or specify exactly what the news is in the headline\n\nIt doesn’t matter. What matters is that the site has finally started to take on a meaningful structure and different types of articles, which I’d like to briefly describe now\n\nWhat we currently have in place, and what’s already working:\n\n**Field Notes** - brief, situational notes, usually taking just a couple of minutes to read, which I write from time to time, out of context, on various topics\n\n**News** - couldn’t have said it better myself. Brief updates, for example, about my availability in Paris, upcoming broadcasts, or other important changes\n\n**Photos** - it’s simple here - this tag will be used only for posts with photos. For example, models, places, and others - little text, lots of photos. Photos are an important part of this site, but some of them deserve their own space and tag\n\n**Stories** - a personal section, closed off from the outside internet, with many (in the future) personal stories, experiences, and other things I want to share, but don’t want to do so with the entire internet\n\n**Thoughts aloud** - another short topic, about whatever’s on my mind at the moment, something I want to share right here and right now. Kind of like Twitter, but with a few more characters and a bit more substance\n\n**Weekly Bullshit** - the week’s highlights in all their glory. Just as they are, simply because I can\n\nWhat else is on the agenda? Two things that I think are important. First, there will be a section on technology in a broader sense. Work, the use of AI - things that might be interesting from the perspective of what I actively do every day in terms of tech. The second thing - well, sooner or later we had to talk about this - is a paid subscription for certain content. On the one hand, I don’t mind sharing; on the other, a new camera isn’t going to buy itself\n\nAs for paid content, I’m not sure yet what it will look like or what it will include. On the one hand, I think it might include some photos, some articles from Tech, and some other content; on the other hand, it might just be a subscription with the same access model as that for registered users. But then it would be completely fair to those who pay\n\nFeel free to share your ideas in the comments - for example, what you’d be willing to pay for and what you wouldn’t. I’ve been thinking about turning my photos into postcards and sending them out to my followers once a month\n\nOr whatever else comes to mind\n\n* * *\n\nOne important - and unfortunate - point. I know I have subscribers from Russia, and I know that none of the payment systems work there. We’ll figure something out. Let’s just be thankful that the site at least still loads",
