  "textContent": "HoYoVerse announced the air date for the next _Genshin Impact_ Special Program stream for the coming Luna V update, and the stream for the new version airs this week. It falls after the State of Play and _Silent Hill_ Transmission presentations on February 12, 2026. We can tune in to learn about the latest additions at 4am PT/7am ET/1pm CET on February 13, 2026.\n\nAs usual, the _Genshin Impact_ stream will air on Twitch and YouTube, with the latter featuring on-demand viewing and additional trailers after the showcase airs. These tend to be 20-40 minute presentations. The focus is always on the new storyline additions, with the Nod-Krai Archon Quests coming up again in this one, additional characters, and limited events.\n\nThe key art this time around shows that Varka, the Grand Master of Mondstadt’s Knights of Favonius. Based on earlier drip marketing, it seems he will be the sole new character in the update. He’ll be an Anemo character.\n\nAt the moment, the Lantern Rite annual event is running in _Genshin Impact_. That also means there’s a new Liyue character named Zibai who’s available to grab. If you take part before the update, then you can also get a new skin for the four-star character Yao Yao and pick up a free four-star character from the Liyue region.\n\n_Genshin Impact_ is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices, and the Luna V Special Program stream airs at 4am PT/7am ET/1pm CET on February 13, 2026.
