  "textContent": "ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Abbottabad University of Science and Technology (AUST) on Saturday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a High Performance Centre aimed at strengthening the country's cricket development pathway.\n\nUnder the agreement, Abbottabad University will provide land for the construction of a cricket ground, while the PCB will develop the facility over the next 25 years.\n\nThe board will construct the ground with match and practice pitches, a pavilion, and domestic cricket-standard infrastructure, facilities, and machinery.\n\nThe university will also provide free accommodation and mess facilities for players and coaches using the centre.\n\nThe High Performance Centre will cater to Under-15, school and first-class cricketers and will also be used by the PCB as a regional training camp and academy.\n\nPCB Senior Manager Osama Sharon and officials of Abbottabad University of Science and Technology signed the MoU.\n\nThe post PCB, Abbottabad University sign deal to establish High Performance Centre appeared first on HUM News English.",
