  "textContent": "LAHORE: The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has arrested a man accused of blackmailing and harassing women by luring them through online spiritual services, officials said on Tuesday.\n\nAccording to an NCCIA spokesperson, the suspect allegedly trapped women by offering online _istikhara_ services and various amulets and talismans. Investigators said he gained the trust of victims before exploiting them.\n\nAuthorities alleged that the accused obtained indecent photographs and private videos of women through deception and then used the material to extort large sums of money from them.\n\nThe spokesperson said the suspect’s mobile phone had been seized and a forensic examination was underway to gather further evidence.
