  "textContent": "WEB DESK: The Higher Education Department, Archives and Libraries, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has announced summer vacations for universities and colleges across the province, issuing an official notification detailing the holiday schedule for both summer and winter zones.\n\nAccording to the notification, educational institutions falling in the summer zone will observe vacations from June 15 to August 31.\n\nIn contrast, institutions located in the winter zone will close for summer break from July 1 to July 31.
