One user wrote, “Virgin Media TV not working, completely pixelated.”\n\nWhile trying to investigate the issue further, the customer reportedly received a message stating: “Sorry, there was an issue checking your services.”\n\nAnother user, Sue Hancock, also posted on DownDetector, saying, “TV channels pixelated, broadband fine. Can’t check service status. Box rebooted/switched off several times but no joy.”\n\nThe exact cause of the outage has not yet been confirmed.
