  "textContent": "TEL AVIV: The Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu said in a social media post that he was now in \"excellent physical condition\" as details about his cancer diagnosis emerged.\n\nIn his post uploaded on his account on X platform on Friday, Netanyahu revealed after a successful surgery for an enlarged benign prostate the condition had now been diagnosed as a malignant tumour was \"removed\".\n\nThe treatment had \"removed the problem and left no trace of it\", the Israeli PM said.\n\nThe 76-year-old said medics had already traced out the problem and was now even flagged, as the tumour was removed in its earlier stages during regular assessments.\n\nHowever, the delay in sharing status of his health was halted upon his own request amid the ongoing conflict with Iran, the premier said.\n\nHe revealed that the initial surgery was to treat an enlarged benign prostate around 18 months ago and has been under close medical monitoring ever since.\n\n\"A tiny spot of less than a centimetre\" was then discovered in the recent assessment, Netanyahu further said.\n\n\"I had a minor medical issue with my prostate that was completely treated.
