"textContent": "An actor known for his role in _The Hunger Games_ is facing serious criminal charges after an alleged shooting incident in the United States.\n\nEthan Jamieson, 27, has been charged with three felony counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill following an incident in Raleigh, North Carolina, according to court records.\n\n## Alleged shooting incident under investigation\n\nPolice say the incident took place on the evening of March 22, when officers responded to reports of gunfire just before 10pm local time.\n\nAccording to a spokesperson for the Raleigh Police Department, a victim reported that an unidentified individual riding an e-bike fired a shot at their moving vehicle.\n\nTwo additional occupants were also inside the vehicle at the time. Investigators later identified Jamieson as the suspect allegedly responsible for discharging a firearm in the direction of the car.\n\nCourt documents cited in reports state that the weapon involved was a 9mm semi-automatic handgun.\n\n## Court hearing set as details emerge\n\nJamieson was taken into custody and has since been refused bail.
