"textContent": "TEHRAN: Iran will not give up its right to uranium enrichment, a foreign ministry spokesperson said on Wednesday, as indirect exchanges with the United States continued through Pakistan.\n\n“We will not relinquish our right to uranium enrichment,” Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei told a weekly media briefing.\n\nHe said messages between Tehran and Washington were being exchanged via Pakistan following recent talks held there, adding that multiple communications had taken place after the Iranian delegation returned.\n\nBaghaei said it was highly likely that Iran would host a Pakistani delegation on Wednesday as part of the continuation of the dialogue process.\n\nHe added that discussions held in Pakistan had covered issues including a complete end to hostilities, lifting of sanctions on Iran, and compensation for damages caused by attacks involving the United States and Israel.\n\nBaghaei also said Iran remained a “guardian” of the Strait of Hormuz, a key global shipping route.\n\nThe remarks come amid ongoing diplomatic efforts to ease tensions in the region and revive negotiations between Tehran and Washington.\n\nThe post Iran will not give up uranium enrichment rights: Esmaeil Baghaei appeared first on HUM News English.",
