According to Gulf News , Soldiers were seen formally draping her casket in the national flag, which was adorned with white lilies, symbolising respect and remembrance.

Bhosle passed away on Sunday at the age of 92 at Breach Candy Hospital after suffering from multi-organ failure. She had been admitted a day earlier due to a chest infection and severe fatigue. She is survived by her son and granddaughter, who remained by the family’s side during the mourning.
Final tributes at her Mumbai residence
A steady stream of visitors arrived at her home to pay their last respects, with tributes continuing until the afternoon before the funeral procession was scheduled to move to Shivaji Park crematorium in Dadar.
