News, while promoting his new film Outcome with Cameron Diaz and Matt Bomer, Reeves said, “Go to work and respect who you’re working with until they prove they don’t get your respect.”\n\nDiaz agreed, saying this advice applies beyond Hollywood. “Yeah. That’s life,” she added. She also pointed out that fame is unpredictable: “There’s no handbook or manual on being famous. You gotta just make it your own; you don’t know what it’s gonna be.”\n\nBomer added that friends help keep you grounded. “If you’re lucky like Reef, surround yourself with friends who knew you before. They’ll be there through the ups and downs,” he said.\n\nOutcome stars Reeves as Reef Hawke, a man facing his past amid a blackmail plot.
