  "textContent": "KARACHI: Gold prices in Pakistan rose sharply on Tuesday, extending gains from the previous session as increases in the international market continued to drive local rates higher, dealers said.\n\nIn the local bullion market, gold per tola climbed by Rs2,800 to Rs478,762, compared with Rs475,962 a day earlier.\n\nSimilarly, the price for 10 grams rose by Rs2,401 to Rs410,461, up from Rs408,060 in the previous session.\n\nThe surge tracked global trends, where gold prices increased by $28 per ounce to reach $4,560.\n\nSilver prices also posted gains.
