  "textContent": "Chief of Defence Forces and Chief of Army Staff Asim Munir met with Saudi Defence Minister Khalid bin Salman Al Saud in Saudi Arabia on Saturday to address Iran’s ongoing missile and drone attacks on the kingdom and to review measures under the Pakistan-Saudi strategic defence agreement.\n\nAl Saud said the meeting focused on halting Iranian aggression and maintaining regional stability. “We stressed that such actions undermine security in the region and expressed hope that the Iranian side will exercise wisdom and avoid miscalculation,” he said in a post on X.\n\nhttps://twitter.com/kbsalsaud/status/2030098758583615682\n\nThe two nations share deep strategic ties, including military cooperation, economic assistance, and energy support, with Saudi Arabia historically providing financial aid and oil to Pakistan.
