The tournament is set to run from March 26 to May 3.\n\nMaxwell, known for his explosive batting and handy off-spin, has been one of Australiaโs standout T20 performers. In 129 T20 internationals, he has scored 2,897 runs at a strike rate of 158.42, including five centuries and 12 half-centuries, with a highest score of 145. He has also picked up 49 wickets with his off-spin.\n\n> ๐ป๐ฏ๐ฌ ๐ท๐ณ๐จ๐๐ด๐จ๐ฒ๐ฌ๐น. ๐ฅ\n>\n> Impossible? Thatโs not a word in his dictionary. ๐\n> Inevitable? Nothing but destruction. ๐ฅ\n>\n> Hold onto your seats tight, the biggest show in #HBLPSL is about to begin! ๐\n>\n> ๐ฅ WELCOME THEโฆ pic.twitter.com/7oHpfdTc3c\n>\n> โ Hyderabad Kingsmen (@HHKingsmen) February 19, 2026\n\n\n\n\nThe 34-year-old brings a wealth of franchise experience, having featured in the Big Bash League (BBL), Indian Premier League (IPL), The Hundred, and Vitality Blast. Across 502 T20 matches, Maxwell has amassed 10,986 runs at a strike rate of 154.16, along with 196 wickets, making him a genuine all-round asset.\n\nMaxwell will make his PSL debut this season and is expected to add firepower and experience to the Kingsmen lineup. Earlier this month, Australiaโs top-order batter Marnus Labuschagne was also confirmed as a direct signing for the franchise.\n\nThis seasonโs PSL marks a major change, with the league holding its first-ever player auction at the Expo Centre, replacing the draft system that had been used since the league began in 2016. The league has also expanded, adding two new franchises: Sialkot Stallionz and Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen. Existing teams were allowed to retain only four players each, making squad building more competitive than ever.\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeaking about joining PSL, Maxwell said, โI am happy to be part of the Pakistan Super League and to represent Hyderabad. I have always received a lot of love from Pakistan. It is an honour to represent the Hyderabad team. See you in PSL!โ\n\nMaxwellโs inclusion is expected to raise the excitement for PSL 11, which promises a star-studded lineup of international players.\n\nThe post Glenn Maxwell joins Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen for PSL 11 appeared first on HUM News.",
