  "textContent": "Last summer, I was in Mondavio, in the Marches region of Italy, with some friends.\nThis black and white cat came apparently out of nowhere – we then found out a door from which he seemed to come and go – and graced a friend’s motorbike, as cats are wont to do, with their paw marks by sleeping on it some time through the night.\nI like to think this small beast was a guardian of sorts.\n\n\nSo when I had to choose a subject for my impromptu painting session during the painting contest in Fighille, in October, I decided to portray them as a bit of a mystical figure.\n\nWatercolor on paper.",
