Scott appoints new co-CEO

Scott Sports has named Hsuan Boon Tan as the company's co-CEO, replacing Juwon Kim, who is returning to South Korea to focus on strategy and investment at Scott's parent company, Youngone Corporation. Tan has been a member of Scott's board for the past two years and will now work alongside existing co-CEO Pascal Ducrot. As part of the wider leadership changes, Ducrot will also sit on the Scott board going forward.
