Tom Pidcock (Pinarello-Q36.5) stormed to his first one-day win of the season at Milano-Torino on Wednesday, putting on a show of form ahead of Saturay's Milan-San Remo. The 26-year-old Brit left the field behind on the decisive Superga finishing climb, where Tobias Halland Johannessen (Uno-X Mobility) settled for runner-up honors with 2021 winner Primož Roglič (Red Bull-Bora-Hansgrohe) securing third on the day.
