Also, it was a pretty uneventful month.\n\n## Highlights of the month:\n\n  * Splendid unforeseen rest sitting with our favourite cat\n  * Rereading Lord of the Rings (for the first time!)\n  * Good start on moving web hosting\n  * Fell for a phishing scam (for the first time!)\n  * Another damnable spambot attack\n  * Qigong continues well\n  * Finalised a crochet hat for a friend\n  * Air fryer on balance not awful.\n\n\n\n### Activities\n\n#### January:\n\n  * Walking with sticks: 0\n  * Reading: 28\n  * Steps (avge): 7047\n  * Podcasts: 16 (all of them logged)\n  * In bed/asleep 8:19/8:10\n  * Cycled: 0\n  * Weight (avge): 89.6\n  * Naps: 23\n\n\n\n#### December:\n\n  * Walking with sticks: 0\n  * Reading: 6\n  * Steps (avge): 8344\n  * Podcasts: 17 (16 of them logged)\n  * In bed/asleep 8:13/8:05\n  * Cycled: 3 days\n  * Weight (avge): 90.8\n  * Naps: 12\n\n\n\n### Stuff Done\n\nMoving as much of my hosting over to Hetzner as I can, about which I will have more to say when it is done.
