Birders, bikers will soon need a license or registration to enter almost 150 Utah public lands

Runners, bikers and birders were irate last summer when wildlife officers began citing them for stepping foot inside some of Utah's busiest Wildlife Management Areas without a hunting or fishing license. A new law will expand that requirement to all 149 of the state's WMA.
