A Utah man was arrested after suspected drugs turned out to be pinto beans. Once released, ICE detained him.

“They were known to be beans from the very get-go,” his attorney said. “They opened them and said, ‘Oh, these are beans.’" Despite that, the attorney said, Rascon was taken to Salt Lake County jail and later detained by ICE.
