Man accused of 3 Utah killings will fight being returned to the state ‘every step of the way,’ lawyer says

Ivan Miller, arrested Thursday in Colorado, "will not be waiving" his right to hearings there and will dispute being returned to Utah, Durango public defender Scott Van Zandt said.
