Mike Lee kicks off process to slash Grand Staircase-Escalante monument plan

Mike Lee has kicked off a process to slash the monument plan for Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, a 1.9 million-acre protected area at the heart of southern Utah's red rock country.
