Letter: One has to wonder what drives Utah leaders’ incessant quest to target the LGBTQ community

Letter: If Spencer Cox and Utah legislators in their cruelty are targeting trans people just to score cheap political points, might I suggest they aim at an even more harmless target instead? Like, kicking puppies?
