The new course provides practical tools and guidance for planning, facilitating, and following up on productive and inclusive meetings.\n\nParticipants will explore:\n\n  * how to create clear agendas and meeting objectives,\n  * facilitation skills and inclusive participation,\n  * decision-making processes and transparency,\n  * follow-up practices and accountability,\n  * practical tools such as meeting minutes and action trackers.\n\n\n\nThe course combines short text-based modules, reflection exercises, quizzes, and downloadable templates.
