Infinite precision intermediate arithmetic: how much would break?

On a more practical level, this would be lovely to have in a const context specifically. It's not a huge deal most of the time, but having things decay into i32s when I never wanted them to can be annoying to work around, and it would be part of making fluent looking bigints.
