Pre-RFC: Rustdoc LaTeX-style math

I’ve added a mention of Typst. But you’re not going to like it. In my mind (I’m not speaking on behalf of the team), there are two ways you could make the Typst language a better dependency for the stability promise: * make it simple, so that if it falls out of popularity, the Rustdoc team will be able to fork and maintain it ourselves * make it forty years old, so that if it falls out of popularity, we won’t have to maintain it ourselves, because third parties will release open source reimplementations to avoid losing access to their own old documents Either of these would fix the problem. But I don’t think either one is possible.
