"textContent": "I'm not sure I understand why that would be bad, since the two crates would have different names, but if you wanted to mitigate it then some notion of namespace ownership in crates.io would be fine. The policy of which users are allowed to publish which crates is fully under the control of crates.io, and it could be made arbitrarily strict.",
