Idea / Pre-RFC: Null-free pointers

I've mentioned that 0x0 could be Non-MMIO RAM address , not every hardware assumes 0x0 is reserved for special usage; even on AMD64.

moreover, volatile R/W can never be a solution. It's a workaround.
