"textContent": "submitted by MusicSoulEdu to askacanadian\n11 points | 10 comments\n\nHello everyone!\n\nI am planning on having a recital in July with my students. Due to the fact that Canada Day will have just passed, I thought it would be good of me to prepare a couple of unofficial anthems of Canada to perform. Meaning, if there were some songs out there that would encapsulate Canada, please list them here!\n\nPlease keep in mind that it should sound good without the words (ie, unfortunately Classified’s, “Oh Canada” will not work) and hopefully be appropriate for all ages.\n\nLooking forward to any suggestions, many thanks in advance!",
