Is there a community on Lemmy for discussing Cancon? (Canadian-made content like books, games, etc.)

submitted by Hummingbird to askacanadian 18 points | 7 comments I was thinking recently that while I shifted my buying habits pretty drastically for things like groceries (to buy local and Canadian if possible), I kept the same habits for books, video games, etc. Is there somewhere here that would be good for posting things like discussions about Canadian-made art/lit/games? Not so much in a ‘buy Canadian’ sense as in a ‘Talk about Canadian-made culture’ kinda way. If there isn’t something like this already I could create a community, though hopefully I wouldn’t end up the only person posting there… If I did make one I was thinking it could be for both recent things and nostalgic/retro Cancon. (Growing up, there were cool things like Reboot or 3D animated shorts on YTV that were Canadian.)
