"textContent": "The cooking / chefs are grand, but no more than anywhere else. The dishes themselves are fine and dandy, but again not something you can't get in different countries.\n\n\n\n\nThe ingredients though, ohhh wow, the ingredients are all so good.\n\n\n\n\nThe meat is top quality, the vegetables are always tasty, the fruit so fresh! Even the noodles are yummy beyond normal.\n\n\n\n\nThe night before we first headed out to Papunya I decided I was gonna have a McDonalds burger because it was likely to be the last time for a few weeks that such decadence could would be an option* As I chowed down on a a standard looking Big Mac I noticed just how much better it tasted than those I have recently had in Aotearoa New Zealand or the UK. I tasted like a proper yummy BBQ made burger, all down to the ingredients.\n\n\n\n\nThat's it, nothing more to say, an observation.\n\n\n\n\n* _turned out not to be as we then gotstuck in Alice Springs on our first visit. Didn't have a McDonalds, instead we went to Hungry Jacks, mmmmm, great spicey vegetable burgers!_\n\n_\n_\n\n\n\n(subscribe/RSS)",
