The Ducati Lenovo rider lost the front at Turn 13, tried to save it, but ended up being highsided into the gravel, breaking his foot in the incident.\n\nAfterward, he revealed that the crash was partially a result of the lingering after effects of his crash in Indonesia last year. He had already planned to have surgery on his shoulder to remove a screw from a previous shoulder surgery which had come loose and was touching his radial nerve, which was preventing him from riding as he wanted to.
