"textContent": "Aprilia 2027 Roll Out Of 850cc MotoGP Machine Plagued By Rain\n\nAprilia's 850cc machine has finally made its track debut. Test rider Lorenzo Savadori took the bike out for its first laps on a wet track at Jerez. It was important to gather data and ensure it is running, so this is more of a shakedown than a full-scale test.\n\nAprilia did not issue a press release after the test, though they did share photos and videos, reproduced below. The photos show a bike that looks very similar to the 2026 machine, but with a smaller front wing and less complex tail aero. The leg wings introduced by Aprilia to improving stability in braking are missing, banned under the 2027 rules. The stegosaurus vanes on top of the tail are also noticeably lower to comply with the new rules. The photos and short videos appear below:\n\nDavid Emmett Wed, 29/Apr/2026 - 15:24\n\n * Read more about Aprilia 2027 Roll Out Of 850cc MotoGP Machine Plagued By Rain\n * 1 comment\n * * Log in or register to post comments\n\n",
