Cass Elliot Biopic Announced

Record Producers, Engineers, Photographers, Deejay, Filmmaker and band mate Remember Mamas & Papas Actress Jessica Gunning of Baby Reindeer, the British TV black comedy, drama and thriller on Netflix, will portray Cass Elliot of the Mamas and Papas in My Mama Cass, a biographical drama about the singer and bigger than life personality. It’s an adaptation from Elliot’s only child Owen Elliot-Kugell’s memoir. A press release reinforced “it’s not a Mamas & Papas biopic.” The screenplay will be written by Emma Forrest.
