Added overlap gates for the wired fences.

You can now put a fence in company colours around the Industries you control or any other location and trans and road vehicles can pas through the open gates.

That sounds good! Now I'm thinking, how would Hollywood sign style lettering work for custom hillside signage?

Can do all the lettering and players can have the own Hollywood styles signs. How high in pixels should the letters be is the next question?
