Iron Horse 4.21.0 now available.

4.21.0 Release

Not savegame compatible with Iron Horse releases before 4.21.0.

Changes

adjusted Mail Vans
- all Mail Van sprites now represent full-brake type coaches with windows
- changed default livery for gen 4 Mail Vans
- more mail van types will be added later
added gen 4 enclosed Car Transporters
improve sprites for gen 5 enclosed Car Transporter
removed some of the changes to Motorail Vans from 4.20.0
- switched refits back to match Car Transporters
- removed Mail by Rail liveries
