Small update to the Germany 16k scenario with the following changes:

Added some additional small towns in the lower right corner (= southeast, Steiermark/Styria)
Adjusted coastline in the center left (= northwest, Netherlands, along the IJsselmeer)
Added some missing rivers and channels, in particular the Amsterdam-Rijnkanaal

Upload to online content service unfortunately still not working, therefore new version only here in the forum.
