Added a Track Inspection Vehicle (also known as a MTPV). It entered service in 2014 but for game play I showing it entering service in 1992.
These vehicles are used on the Sydney suburban and outer suburb areas to test the tracks. It travels at what every the speed limit is and as it x-rays the track for faults and for any rough sections.
