Also Russia for some reason is classified as Asia, not E-EU, not sure why (I'm tempted to make it "both") so at the moment all the Russian vehicles are excluded from EEU.

There was a discussion why but it is lost somewhere in the previous treads. BTW it is my happy day today--I have discovered Jane's world railways! So much info on African locomotives that I searched for in vain...
